Since we first looked at the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2012 the section numbers  have changed but the language is the the same.

I have to admit I immediately went off at the report that the Act would empower the military to pull up and arrest you for emailing or blogging something that someone somewhere in Homeland Security (an oxymoron if I've ever seen one) didn't like. We should always be sober and vigilant about any legislation that places that type of authority in the hands of the few who like to make the rules.

But, we also have to be vigilant for those who are looking for press and audience. They are guilty of disseminating half truths and unfounded accusations. Many so called conspiracy theorists take things to the extreme so to speak and publish information that later turns out  to be unfounded. Maybe they are right in their cause, but serving up any kind of disinformation destroys unity.

Below is the final language of the National Defense Authorization Act for 2012, sec. 1022 para (4)(b)(1&2) :






APPLICABILITY TO UNITED STATES CITIZENS AND LAWFUL
RESIDENT ALIENS.—
(1) UNITED STATES CITIZENS.—The requirement to detain
a person in military custody under this section does not extend
to citizens of the United States.
(2) LAWFUL RESIDENT ALIENS.—The requirement to detain
a person in military custody under this section does not extend
to a lawful resident alien of the United States on the basis
of conduct taking place within the United States, except to
the extent permitted by the Constitution of the United States.

Well this flavor of our not so favorite drink is really sour. It's the new legislation that is being pushed through that potentially threatens every American citizen alive. It is the National Defense Authorization Act. Sounds so legitimate doesn't it? Who isn't for funding or troops? Who isn't for making the USA safe? After all isn't that the mandate of the Federal government according to the Constitution? That's all we're doing here. "Here this glass is cherry flavored " Here's what one of our oath takers has to say about this;

Proponent of the legislation Senator Lindsay Graham ironically summed up the nightmare scenario the bill will codify into law – the complete evisceration of all Constitutional protections for U.S. citizens.

“It is not unfair to make an American citizen account for the fact that they decided to help Al Qaeda to kill us all and hold them as long as it takes to find intelligence about what may be coming next,” remarked Graham. “And when they say, ‘I want my lawyer,’ you tell them, ‘Shut up. You don’t get a lawyer.’

In 1978 a terrible tragedy happened .  Rev Jim Jones of the People's Temple led  over 900 followers to drink cyanide laced Kool Aid to avoid the supposed coming apocalypse or something like that. I have to admit, at this point,  I really don't know the whole motivational speech he gave members that day to get them to swallow the poison. Approximately 907 people drank the Kool Aid including some 200 children. Since then Kool Aid Drinkers is a term that has been applied to those that are taken over by the  propaganda of men or women who have become legends in their own minds.


I mean no disrespect to those who suffered their deaths that day or to survivors or victim's families.
 The term simply is applied to those who for years swallow the mush and intellectual goo of Madison Avenue, Hollywood and news media complex(CNN NBC ABC CBS and all their affiliates.) including FOX News .

KADA stands for Kool Aid Drinkers Anonymous. My name is Mark and I am a converted Kool Aid drinker. It has been 6 years since my last drink of official kool aid. You know the pollution that is pumped out daily from those who are the minons of the corperate rulers, the establishment elite, and the MIC ((the Military Industrial Complex). Joseph Goebbels . ( I know that  is harsh but it's the truth) They constantly publishing the poisonous kool aid of the Ministry of Truth and the Ministry of Peace.
